Ionic Foot Detox
The Ionic Foot Detox is a gentle and effective way to detoxify, cleanse, and balance the body by drawing impurities out of the body through the feet. The detox is given by placing your feet in a small tub of warm water for 30 minutes. By the end of the session, you will be able to see the types of toxins that have been eliminated from your body. Swedish Massage
The foundation upon which most modern massage styles have developed. Long, flowing strokes are applied with light to medium pressure on your back, arms, legs, neck and shoulders. A short facial/sinus massage can be included per your request.

Deep Tissue
The same areas are covered as in a Swedish Massage, but deeper pressure is applied to access the muscle lying below the superficial layers. The massage therapist may use fingertip or thumb pressure, or even an elbow.

Hydrotherapy Massage
Our version of the Hot Stone Massage, which is one of the most popular massage treatments. This treatment involves the delicate placement of heat packs of various sizes over areas of high tension. Warmth generated from the hot pack assists in the release of tension. This is combined with Swedish Massage techniques.

Reiki
An energy-based bodywork that can be received while fully clothed. The energy system worked with in Reiki is comprised of the seven major Chakras. It is believed that one's physical body can be healed when the energetic self is cleared of blockages. Most clients experience a pleasant sensation of peace and well-being after a Reiki treatment.

Thai Massage
Often referred to as 'Lazy Man's Yoga', Thai Massage employs slow, methodical rocking motions combined with assisted yoga stretching and medium-pressure compressions. Clients are advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow for unrestricted movement during the session.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the cranial-sacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Client stays fully clothed for this therapy.

Pre-Natal Massage
For the mom-to-be! Side-lying positions and pillow supports help to keep her comfortable during the massage session. A doctor's note is recommended and should only be performed on women beyond the first trimester. Help relax away the natural tension that builds up during the many physical changes pregnancy brings to a woman's body.
