We aim to provide our clients the
highest quality service and pride ourselves on our exceptional team. If
you should cancel your reservation less than 24 hours of your scheduled
appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of
other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time. For
this reason we are obligated to compensate our team for their time as well as
make up for lost revenue. There will be a $20 rescheduling fee for all
cancellations within this time frame.
Late
Arrivals
Clients who arrive late to their
scheduled appointment time will still be able to receive their remaining time
for the full session price. If the client wishes to reschedule, the 24 hour
Cancellation policy will go into effect. This helps us stay on track with the
rest of the scheduled appointments and allows the timed breaks for therapists.
